Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and depend on availability.
Luggage
Arriving early or leaving late? Luggage storage at reception is free before check-in and after check-out.
Changing a booking
All our rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed once booked, so please check your dates before you confirm. More on our hotel information page.
Getting here
We are about 100 metres from Earl's Court Underground station, on the District and Piccadilly lines. Step-by-step routes are on our directions page.
Stairs and access
The hotel has stairs to all floors and no lift. If stairs are difficult for you, please call us before you book.
Payment
Payment is taken when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and cash at reception.
Arriving late
Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can arrive at any time. Every guest needs valid photo ID at check-in.
Children and extra beds
Guests of all ages are welcome. A folding bed is available in the Classic Double and the Deluxe Twin on request, for a small supplement.
Pets and smoking
Pets are not allowed, but assistance dogs are welcome: please contact us before booking. The whole hotel is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
Bathrooms and WiFi
Every bathroom has a walk-in shower and there are no bathtubs in the hotel. Free WiFi is provided throughout the building.
