Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every booking at London Court Hotel, 194–196 Earls Court Road, London SW5 9QF (“the hotel”, “we”, “us”), whether you book on this website, by phone, by email or at reception. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accept them. If anything here is unclear, please call us on +44 20 7373 0027 before you book.

1. Bookings and rates

• We offer two rates on the same rooms: the Standard Rate and the Saver Rate. They differ in price and availability only.
• Every booking, on every rate, is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled once it is confirmed. Please check your dates, room type and guest names carefully before you confirm.
• The price shown when you book is the price you pay. We do not add hidden extras.
• Rooms are booked for the number of guests stated in the booking.
• A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation.

2. Payment

• Payment is taken when you book.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and cash at reception.

3. Arrival and departure

• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability.
• Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can arrive at any time.
• Every guest must show valid photo ID at check-in.

4. Guests, rooms and extra beds

• Guests of all ages are welcome.
• A folding bed is available in the Classic Double and the Deluxe Twin on request, for a small supplement.

5. The building and accessibility

• The hotel is a Victorian building with stairs to all floors and no lift. None of the rooms are step-free.
• Every bathroom has a walk-in shower. There are no bathtubs.
• Our team will help with luggage, and luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out.
• If stairs are difficult for you, please call us before you book so we can tell you whether the building will suit you.

6. House rules

• The whole hotel is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
• Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are welcome: please contact us before booking so we can make the arrangements.
• Free WiFi is provided throughout the hotel. Please do not use it for anything unlawful.
• Please be considerate of other guests, particularly at night.

7. Damage

You are responsible for any damage to the room or the hotel caused by you or anyone in your party, beyond normal wear and tear. We will always talk to you about any damage before a charge is made.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay in providing your stay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, fire, flood, strikes, utility failures or government restrictions. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as we can.

10. Complaints

11. Your personal data

We use the details you give us to manage your booking and your stay. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page when you booked.
