Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect different types of information to ensure that we can provide you with the best service possible:

  • Personal Information: When you make a booking, inquire about our services, or interact with our website, we may collect the following personal details: name, contact details (email, phone number, address), payment details, and preferences.
  • Technical Data: We may collect information such as IP address, browser type, pages you visit on our website, and device type.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see section 4 for the cookies we use and how to choose which ones you allow.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and confirm your bookings: We use your information to manage your room reservation, including processing payments and sending booking confirmations.
  • To communicate with you: We may use your contact details to send updates about your reservation, respond to inquiries, or share promotional offers (if you’ve opted in to receive them).
  • To enhance website experience: Your technical data helps us improve our website’s design and functionality.
  • For marketing purposes: We may send promotional emails or newsletters, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations: We may use your information to meet legal, regulatory, or security requirements.

3. Sharing Your Information

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. However, we may share your data with trusted third-party partners, including:

  • Payment processors: We work with payment providers to process your credit card payments securely.
  • Service providers: We may share your information with partners who provide services like email marketing, data analytics, or website hosting.
  • Authorities: We may disclose your data to law enforcement or government authorities when required by law or in response to legal requests.

4. Cookies, Google Analytics and Google signals

When you first visit our website, a banner asks which cookies you allow. You can accept, reject, or choose categories under “View preferences”, and you can change your cookie choices at any time. Our Cookie Policy explains each category.

  • Necessary: a few cookies and browser storage items keep the site working and remember choices you make, such as your cookie choice, the soft-light display setting and whether you opened a map. These do not need your consent.
  • Statistics (Google Analytics): if you allow statistics cookies, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by our account code, which last up to two years. They let us count visits and see which pages are used, how visitors found us, device and browser type, approximate location, and clicks on our booking, phone and email links. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and it keeps detailed data linked to these cookies for no more than 14 months.
  • Marketing (Google signals): if you also allow marketing cookies and you are signed in to a Google account with ad personalisation turned on, Google may link your visit to that account, using our Google Analytics cookies together with its own cookies. This gives us combined figures on age, gender and interests, and on how people move between devices. We only see totals for groups of visitors, never information about you as an individual. You can manage this in your Google account through My Ad Center and My Activity. We do not show adverts on this website.
  • Maps: Google Maps only loads when you click “Show the map”. Google may then set its own cookies.

We rely on your consent for statistics and marketing cookies. If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies until you accept; before that, Google only receives basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed. For visitors from other countries, Google Analytics may run until you reject it in the banner. Google Analytics and Google signals are provided by Google (Google LLC and its affiliates), which may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States, under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy, such as processing your bookings, complying with legal requirements, or sending you marketing communications (if you’ve opted in).

6. Your Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you have the following rights concerning your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: Request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain situations.
  • Objection: Object to us processing your data based on legitimate interests.
  • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a commonly used format to transfer it to another service provider.
  • Withdraw consent: Where we rely on your consent, such as for statistics and marketing cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Complain: You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we use your data.

7. Security of Your Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Any updates will be posted on this page, and the date at the top of the policy will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy regularly for any updates.
